The front desk staff was very helpful.. Vicki helped my family and grandkids with breakfast each day, so lovely! starting the day with great breakfast and wonderful personalized service was amazing. i felt so comfortable

i booked my room two months in advance for a stay on valentine's day where i booked a room with 1 king size bed premium and paid in full at time of purchase. when i got to the hotel after a long day at the theme park i am told that they are fully booked and unfortunately they don't have a room available with a king size bed so the game me a room with 2 queens.

Really good stay near the parks

efficient process ample space modern feel convenient access

i found the check-in process quick and efficient. The parking area offered ample space for all guests. i noticed the facilities had been recently updated. Access to amusement parks and nearby restaurants proved convenient.

i must note that during certain hours, the breakfast area became quite crowded. This made finding a seat slightly challenging.

amazing stay!

convenient location home-like feel spacious rooms free shuttle

The location was super convenient! it was close to universal studios and a walmart, i could not ask for more. the atmosphere was inviting and had a home-like feel, i felt at ease. the rooms were perfect for my family, we have eight people and had enough space! the free shuttle was so useful. It saved a ton of time and money getting to the parks.

The pool area could have been cleaner, it's true! the deck was a little dirty. I wish they had someone cleaning it more often.

The room was spacious. It included two separate sinks, i was excited! it also had a rainfall shower, and plenty of towels were available. the beds were comfortable. They featured clean, crisp linens and fluffy pillows.

the complimentary breakfast was acceptable. it provided a reasonable start to the day.

I encountered issues . I booked a king suite sofa bed but was given a queen suite sofa bed upon arrival. the room felt smaller than anticipated and somewhat cramped.
